Yes, a 20% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Refund Conditions:
• Fully refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance.
• Refundable in case of bad weather if rescheduling is not possible.
• Non-refundable for last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the event).
Each rental lasts 4 hours and can be extended upon request. Let us know in advance if you need extra time!
Yes! Our inflatables are made from high-quality, durable materials and are regularly inspected for safety. We also provide clear safety guidelines to ensure a fun and secure experience.
